The Advice & Representation Centre minisite is designed to empower past, present and prospective students' of Brunel University, allowing YOU to find the answers to YOUR questions. If you don't find what you are looking for, please let us know. Chances are if you are looking for it, someone else is too, so we'll get it on the site as soon as we can! The ARC are here to help, so if we do not know the answer to your question, we can find out who does.
The ARC is a free, confidential service for ALL Brunel University Students. We are open for drop in - click here to see our opening hours - when you can come along and speak to an adviser about your issue. The drop in sessions last for 15 minutes, so if your problem is more complex we will probably advise you to make an appointment. Depending on availability you may have to return another day for the apointment (although we will try to see you on the same day when possible). It is important that you bring any relevant documents when you come to see us, as without them any advice we can give would be very limited. You can also get advice or make an appointment by telephone or email - click here to see our contact details - remember to always quote your Brunel ID number when you get in touch with us.
