Student Activities Development Coordinator
This role is the first port of call for student led groups who wish to improve and develop the services they provide, and is responsible for all membership related issues and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to enhance and facilitate student activities in line with the needs and vision of the membership.
You will be well organised, focussed, able to multi task and be flexible in your approach to work. Your communication skills will stand you in good stead to quickly build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders and you will have the confidence to empower and motivate student groups.
The Student Activities Department is often an intense and fast paced workplace and you will have the drive and resilience to thrive in this environment. The role full time, 35 hours per week although there may occasionally be times when out of hours working is required.

Links Officers (Student Staff)
This position will focus on the student representation system (including Course Reps, School Reps and Senior Reps) for the relevant school. There will be one Links Officer Per School, you will work with the school you study in. The student representation system is run by the Union in conjunction with the University, and overseen by the Democratic Support Co-ordinator, who reports to the Director of Membership Engagement. Democratic Support Co-ordinator will be your line manager and you will be invited to participate in all project meetings, as well as a variety of other activities, contributing as a member of the team working on Student Representation.
