Monday 10 am to 4 pm (closed for lunch 1 pm-2 pm)

Wednesday 1 pm to 4 pm

Thursday 10 am to 4 pm (closed for lunch 1 pm-2 pm)

Friday 1 pm to 3 pm (closing one hour early due to FACE festival)

Our staff

The ARC has six members of staff. All Senior Advisors offer general advice, but their specialist areas are as follows.

Emma Hucker, ARC Assistant: Emma is your first point of contact. She'll offer general advice or book you in for an advisor appointment if you need more specialist help.

Maria Kovacova, Advisor: Maria offers general advice during the ARC drop-in hours. If your query can't be resolved during the drop-in, a Senior Advisor appointment will be made for you.

Ingrid Samuels, Senior Advisor: Ingrid specialises in housing and debt matters.  She is also Money Doctors contact (e: moneydoctors@brunel.ac.uk).   Prior to working at the ARC, her career spanned both the public and private sector including corporate and civil litigation.

Joanna Smith, ARC Manager: Joanna specialises in money advice, including benefits, debt, budgeting, and student funding issues.

Ruth Sharma, Senior Advisor: Ruth specialises in academic matters, having previously worked in Higher Education for nine years.
