Friday 25th April brings the return of the most glamorous occasion on the Brunel sporting calendar.
The night contains a 3 course dinner, casino games, DJ, the awards AND drinks prices cheaper than ever!
Tickets for this black tie event are £45 (available from February 1st, transport not included) at the Thistle Hotel Heathrow.
Arrival is at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
It has been a fantastic year for Brunel sport and we haven't even finished the year yet. Let's all come together and finish the year in style whether it be for the first or the last time as Team Brunel!
And, of course, to end the night in style, come to Academy for a Gatsby themed Global (ticket price included).
Find a group of 4 and get your cab in the Antonin Artuad car park on campus
(behind the Michael Sterling building). They will be avaliable from 6.00pm.
The fare will be £20 return (to be paid £10 on the way there and £10 on the way back)
It might be easier to keep the same group of people for both journeys but it’s not a requirement.
Be aware the cab drivers will not accept the £20 in advance.
They will accept £10 on the way there and £10 on the way back.
As soon as you arrive, find the reception table where a member of the
Union staff will be on hand to help.
Your ticket is registered on your student card, so please make sure you bring it with you.
Scan your card and collect your name card (that will give information on the menu you’ve chosen). You will have to take this with you to the table.
The dinner call will be at 7.30pm, so please make sure you are at the hotel by
7pm so you can take club pictures and enjoy the casino provided.

You may wish to leave after dinner or enjoy our DJ and Casino at the Hotel.
Whichever you prefer, there will be 24/7 cars until 1am to bring you back to campus.
You will have entry to Academy until 1am.
Your ticket to Academy is included in your Sports Federation Ball ticket.
Please scan in as normal at the box office for Global.
If you arrive after 1am you will not be allowed in Academy.
Please be aware that your ticket will not allow you to jump the queue.
You may have to queue to access Academy.

Terms and Conditions
- Tickets can only be refunded if the event has been cancelled or moved to another date. All refunds will be at the ticket value of booking and will not include any transaction fees.
- Tickets include entry to Academy (guarunteed before 12pm), however you may still have to queue on a one in one out basis and your entrance might be subjected to the venue’s capacity.

- Last entry time to The Thistle Hotel is at 7.30pm
- We reserve the right at our reasonable discretion to refuse admission to or to eject you from the venue without compensation or refund, if we consider it necessary, in order to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all the guests and staff.
- No food or beverages are permitted to be brought to the venue by you.

- Transport is not included in any ticket price. Ticket holders will be informed by email if transport options become available at a later date.
