To commemorate 100 years since the 1st World War
To commemorate 100 years since the 1st World War the Union of Brunel Students and Brunel Volunteers providing a memorial service called #BrunelRemembers on the 11th of November. The memorial will take place on the quad between 10:30 and 11:05, where candles will be lit and after 2 minutes they will be blown out. We will also be planting a peace tree. The purpose of this memorial is to provide students, staff and the local community a platform to pay their respects to those who lost their lives in conflict over the last 100 years.
