Student Assembly
Student Assembly is the Union's main decision-making body. It creates and oversees the guiding policies of the Union, holds the Student Officers to account, and is involved in the campaigns and development of the Union. Student Assembly meets on the last Thursday of each month during term so that Student Assembly Members can ask the Student Officers questions about the decisions they have made, vote on policies, and discuss decisions facing the Union. Meetings are open to all students but only the Student Assembly Members can vote on the decisions at them.

- The 4 Standing Committee Chairs
- 2 School Members per academic school
The 2 School Assembly Members per academic school are elected by and from students in those schools to represent their views on Student Assembly. They work to make sure that the Union is aware of the issues facing students in different schools and takes action to address them. They can deal with issues ranging from lecture quality to printing costs so if you've got an issue regarding your school then get in touch with your School Assembly Member. - 20 Community Members from the student body at large
The 20 Community Assembly Members are elected from across the whole student population at Brunel to sit on Student Assembly and raise issues that affect everyone who studies at the University. They can deal with issues on anything ranging from Library opening hours to assessment feedback to parking.
