You should contact us no later than 20 days after the event you wish to complain about, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay.

Sometimes complaints can be resolved informally; that does not mean your complaint won’t be taken seriously. Quite the opposite- we want to know if we’ve got something wrong, we want to hear about your experience and we are keen to change things for the better.

If you are unhappy with informal resolution, you are welcome to follow the Student Union Complaints procedure . Alternatively you can write to the Senior Manager responsible for the advice service;
