Students who have completed the survey may choose to enter into a prize draw to win £25 Costcutter vouchers.
To enter you will be invited to submit your student ID number at the end of the survey. This will be automatically separated from your survey answers and will be sent to a designated Student Union officer. Your answers and your student ID will not be linked.
The draw will take place in the beginning of Term 2 and Term 3.

If you wish to complain about any aspects of our service, please contact the Advice and Representation Centre’s Manager, Joanna Smith.
You should contact us no later than 20 days after the event you wish to complain about, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay.
Sometimes complaints can be resolved informally; that does not mean your complaint won’t be taken seriously. Quite the opposite- we want to know if we’ve got something wrong, we want to hear about your experience and we are keen to change things for the better.
