The ARC service is shaped by our clients’ expectations, views and needs- your opinion really counts.
Please help us on our way to excellence by completing this very short (3 minutes), anonymous survey.
As a thank you for your thoughts, comments and input you will have an opportunity to win a great and practical prize!
Students who have completed the survey may choose to enter into a prize draw to win £25 Costcutter vouchers.
To enter you will be invited to submit your student ID number at the end of the survey. This will be automatically separated from your survey answers and will be sent to a designated Student Union officer. Your answers and your student ID will not be linked.
The draw will take place in the beginning of Term 2 and Term 3.
If you are winner, you will be contacted via your Brunel account e-mail well as personal email addresses if disclosed.
Any questions - please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you wish to complain about any aspects of our service, please contact the Advice and Representation Centre’s Manager, Joanna Smith.
You should contact us no later than 20 days after the event you wish to complain about, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay.
Sometimes complaints can be resolved informally; that does not mean your complaint won’t be taken seriously. Quite the opposite- we want to know if we’ve got something wrong, we want to hear about your experience and we are keen to change things for the better.
If you are unhappy with informal resolution, you are welcome to follow the Student Union Complaints procedure . Alternatively you can write to the Senior Manager responsible for the advice service; Richard.Walker@brunel.ac.uk
