The Advice Service (ARC)
Advice and Representation Centre is a service provided by the Union of Brunel Students. We provide a free, confidential and non-judgemental service for all students at Brunel University.
We are independent of the University; this means we can represent you in your dealings with the University without a conflict of interest.
We offer practical advice on all kinds of subjects relating to student life; university procedures, housing, student funding, budgeting, debt negotiations, and other issues. We have regular drop-in sessions so you can come along and speak to an adviser about your query. Drop-in sessions last 15 minutes, so if your problem is more complex you may be offered a longer appointment. We can also provide advice by telephone and email.
