Position: Gender, Diversity & Inclusion Officer
Term: 7th July 2025 – 10th July 2026
Hours: Part-time, 3 hours per week
Induction: 18th – 22nd August (compulsory)

 

Passionate about equality and inclusion? As Gender, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, you’ll lead campaigns that challenge gender-based disparities, support students across the gender spectrum, and create a more inclusive Brunel.

What You’ll Do

📢 Run Campaigns: Lead two gender-focused campaigns, plus a supplementary initiative.
💡 Support Key Student Networks: Assist in running the Pregnant, Parents & Carers Student Network (PPCSN).
🤝 Engage with the Community: Work with university leaders and student groups.
🎯 Drive Policy Change: Promote initiatives that improve gender inclusivity at Brunel.
