From this point, you'll be able to submit your nomination online, here.



We'll be running a number of Thinking of Standing drop-in sessions aimed to answer any questions you might have about the process. We'll explain the process of standing, what the roles involve, the elections process (including a bit about the rules and regulations), how voting works and campaigning. Just pop into the Student Voice Office in the Hamilton Center between 2 pm and 4 pm on the following days:

  • Wednesday 6th February 2019
  • Friday 8th February 2019
  • Monday 11th February 2019
  • Wednesday 13th February 2019

If you cant pop in at any of these times don't worry as we can arrange to meet with you at another time. Just drop an email to the Student Voice Manager.


Nominations close

Thursday 14th February 2019, 4 pm

If you want to stand in the elections, you will have to submit your entire nomination by this time. 



Friday 15th February and Monday 18th Febuary

Thursday 14th February 2019, 6pm - Location: LECT 061

This is a mandatory meeting if you've submitted a nomination. This is where you will find out if your nomination has been formally accepted. When the briefing ends, you'll be a candidate and you'll be able to start campaigning.



This is your opportunity to meet the candidates and find out more about their manifesto.


Tuesday 26th February 2019 until Thursday 28th February 2019, 2 pm.

The ballots are open! During this time, all students at Brunel will be given the chance to vote for their preferred candidates.

Students may Vote at the Ballot station located in the Hamilton Center Atrium, this will be open from 10 am to 8 pm on the Tuesday and Wednesday of Voting, and 10 am to 2 pm on the Thursday of Voting. Please ensure you bring your student ID with you to the ballot station.

Voting to be open Online between 7 am and 10 am on Wednesday and Thursday of Voting




Once voting has closed, ERC will meet to ensure there are no outstanding complaints or issues which need addressing.

We will be announcing the results Thursday 28th February 2019 - 8 pm in The Venue.
