What do we do?
Industry is multidisciplinary, and so should be our learning, Robotics includes all engineering principles and allows us to put theory into practice.
The Brunel Robotic Engineering Society (BRES) is open to all Brunel students from every background, level and experience, who are interested in developing hands-on practical projects which include:
For those less confident in practical skills, we also run a Fundamentals project covering soldering, programming, circuit theory and more.
If you require support, financing or advice on your personal projects, we are always willing to help. Finally, we also host industry speakers from robotic and engineering companies across the UK, which is a great way to learn, gain experience and network with some of the biggest names out there.
