Union of Brunel Students

The Advice & Representation Centre (ARC)

is a department of UBS and is

Independent from Brunel University.

We are here to empower you all as students' of Brunel University, by helping YOU find the answers to YOUR questions and/or problems. The ARC are here to help, so if we do not know the answer to your question, we can find out who does. We give FREE advice and guidance on a whole range of things including money and debt, housing, and academic issues (including what to do if you are deregistered, how to submit mitigating circumstances, how to appeal and what to do if you are undergoing a disciplinary matter).

The ARC is a FREE, confidential service for ALL Brunel University Students. We are open for drop in (see www.brunelstudents.com/arc for details) when you can come along and speak to an adviser about your issue. The drop in sessions last for 15 minutes, so if your problem is more complex we will probably advise you to make an appointment. Depending on availability you may have to return another day for the appointment (although we will try to see you on the same day when possible). You can also get advice or make an appointment by telephone or email remember to always quote your Brunel ID number when you get in touch with us. And by the way – it is FREE!
