About Us

We are the Women in STEM Society at Brunel University London; also known as Innovia! We were established in 2012 and are still growing as a society.

 

  • Regular socials
  • Industry talks
  • Site and Museum visits - Including Crossrail and the Science Museum
  • Our Annual Winter Networking Event - an opportunity to network with professionals in the engineering industry.
  • Trips Abroad - This includes visits to CERN in Switzerland, The Airbus Facility in Toulouse, France, and Barcelona University's supercomputer in Spain.


We were nominated for Society of the Year and Student Led Event of the year at the 2021/22 Annual Union Awards. We were also awarded the Silver level in the Clubs and Societies Evaluation Scheme (C.A.S.E.S).
