About Us
We provide a free, confidential and non-judgemental advice for all Brunel students. We are independent of the university, meaning that we won’t tell your department you have approached us unless you ask us to.
Our friendly student advisors can help you on a range of issues, particularly:
Academic Matters
Housing
Money*
Health and Wellbeing*
*Please note that Student Advisers are not finance and healthcare professionals but will be able to refer you to other specialised support services if necessary.
If your query doesn’t fall under the above – you can still contact us and we will try our best to assist you and refer you to relevant services.
The advice service offers advice in good faith on the basis of the information available to us. Clients that access our service must take responsibility for their own decisions based on such advice.
Contact Information & enquiry form
The best way to get in touch with our advice service digitally is by completing our enquiry form. Please provide as much information as possible and one of our advisors will be in touch to discuss next steps.
If you are not seeking advice, but want to get in touch, feel free to drop us an email to: advice@brunel.ac.uk or you can leave a voicemail on our phone number: 01895 269169 and we will get back to you via email.
If you are leaving us a voicemail, please clearly state your Brunel Student ID number and an email address we can contact you on (particularly if your Brunel email is not accessible to you).
Please note, our normal response time is 3 working days but we are aiming to respond to all students as soon as possible.
