There is lots of support available both on campus and in the wider community to help you to stay health, support you when you are struggling, and to help you to have a great experience whilst you are at Brunel.

BRUNEL MEETING HOUSE
The Meeting House is a dedicated space unlike anything else on campus. When you step through the door you immediately step away from the pressure of university life. Here you can ‘slow down’, soak in the peace of the 'Quiet Room' or enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the lounge area – all for free!

Student Space is a free online tool by Student Minds to help support students with mental wellbeing tips, as well as individual phone/online support services.

samaritans
The Samaritans work to make sure that there's always someone there for anyone who needs someone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can call 116123 (free from any phone) or email jo@samaritans.org (response time to emails 24 hours).

NO PANIC
Support for those experiencing anxiety. Call 0844 9674848 (every day, 10am-10pm). During the night a crisis message is played of recorded breathing exercises that can help you through a panic attack.
