Mental Health Awareness Week is next week!
The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness week is Movement, and we have arrange a bunch of events for students to participate in for FREE.
These include:
- Exam Support Stall
- Mental Health Awareness Stall
- Active@Brunel Pilates
- Charity Football Match
- Self Defence: Strengthening Mind & Body
- Active@Brunel Yoga
- Tranquil Touch: Head Massages

Ideas portal
In November 2023 we introduced the Ideas portal, an easy way for you to feedback to the Union about your ideas, wants and needs on campus! Since November we have had 16 ideas from you, 3 ideas received was concerning prayer space on our very diverse campus….
As a result of your votes on the ideas portal, the Union started conversations with the University to ‘make it happen’ and a space on campus has now been secured for multi faith prayer provision on campus which is a wonderful achievement.
If you have any suggestions about what YOU think the multi faith space at Brunel should encompass, please let our Head of Student Support and Representation know: ruth.sharma@brunel.ac.uk

Dermatology & Plastics Society
This new society has been active all year long, arranging a long run of monthly events including meet and greets, wellbeing arts nights and talks from other professionals.
Their latest upcoming event will be a guest talk from Dr Ullas Raghavan (plastic surgeon) on 18th May!

Tennis Club
With the Team Brunel Ball upcoming, this club recieved the most nominations alongside Cheerleading!
Tennis received a total of 10 nomiantions for the following catagories:
- Activator of the Year
- Fresher of the Year
- Sportsman of the Year
- Sportswoman of the Year
- Club Person of the Year
- Membership Engagement Award
- Online Presence of the Year
- Most Improved Club
- Coach of the Year
- Club of the Year

Our full-time officers leading part of One Brunel Festival!
Our One Brunel celebrations will occur over two days, featuring our largest ever One Brunel Carnival, MEGA Bollywood, and our officer-led One Brunel Fashion and Talent Showcase.
This is a free event and will be a wonderful opportunity to showcase the talent and glamour of our exceptional Brunel Community!
