About Us

Brunel Basketball is a group of people who all share one common love for the game. ?We are a club that welcomes all abilities. We aim to be one big family, brought together by the fun of playing ball!

Brunel Basketball is mixed club, made up of 4 competing teams (Men’s 1st. 2nd, 3rd team, Women’s team) and a non-competing social team. We are an inclusive club, welcoming players of all abilities.

In the 14/15 season, both the men's 2nd & 3rd teams worked extremely hard all season, finishing at top of their leagues; with 2nd team going undefeated all season and 3rd team ending the season with a promotion. The 1st team finished a close 2nd in their division. Our women’s team came 3rd in their league in the 13/14 season and look to finishing on a high this year. Social basketball is a non- competing, mixed group who meet once a week for friendly scrimmages.

In 13/14 we were voted the most improved club and this year we hope to improve even further.

By joining Brunel Basketball you can develop and grow as a player, with weekly training sessions with our great coaches that push every team to perform to the best of their abilities. We are a very high spirited, fun and sociable club, with one of our main aims being to create a big family environment, both on and off the court. Off the court, socials such as club dinners and Wednesday club nights are arranged as the perfect opportunity for us all to get to know each other and maintain team bonds. We ball hard and party hard!

So regardless of experience on the court or ability to differentiate Kobe from Jordan, first year or post graduate, come along and try out! Don’t hesitate to contact committee members with any questions. See you on the court!

Further details will be released on Brunel Basketball Instagram page. Please stay tuned.
