Following government guidlines you will be expected to provide proof of any of the following forms of COVID certification.
You should take a lateral flow test as close as possible to the event. Ideally within a few hours of the event starting.
The Venues management team reserve the right to refuse entry at any time for any reason. Entry will not be allowed if COVID-19 requirements are not met. All ticket sales are final, non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason, unless the event is cancelled by the promoter (The Venue).
When Loco’s or The Venue is trading (term time, 7days a week) the front door, from 7pm is the Hamilton Centre main doors, where you walk in and out of the main atrium.
These doors will stop entry every night at 12am without exception. You will need your student ID card to enter the building once security is in place. Without student and government ID you will not gain access to either venue.
Guests will not be allowed entrance to any ticketed event unless the ticket is purchased in advance. No guest tickets are available on the door.
Stricly no entry after 12:00am.
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or moved to another date. All refunds will be at the ticket value of booking and will not include any booking fees.
All tickets, student & guests, only guarantee entry until 12am. Door tickets will go on sale at 10.00pm therefore if you arrive between 10:30pm and 11:00pm with a ticket and the venue is full, you will not be guaranteed entry. However if the Venue is not at capacity the ticket will still be valid.
Please arrive before 11pm to avoid disappointment.
By entering our venues you are consenting to appear in photographs published by LickList and used by us in marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in these please make this known to the photographer on the night and they will not include you in their photography. You may still appear in the background of photos of other people. To request that your photo is removed from our library please contact LickList directly, or if it appears in any of our marketing materials please contact our comms team at email@example.com
As a student you can purchase tickets from the Union Reception, the App or the Union website. You can purchase 1 ticket (for yourself) and also 1 guest ticket (providing there are some available). Please see guest ticket section for more information on purchasing a guest ticket.
To redeem the ticket you will need your student ID card for entrance on the door and to gain entry to the event. If the event is free, you will still need your student ID card. It is also suggested that you always carry your government or national ID with you too.
There will be a limited amount of guest tickets available for ALL union events. This will be a quantity of tickets that will go on sale at the same time as student tickets do. As a student you are allowed to purchase one guest ticket, as long as there is some available. The tickets are limited so once they are gone they are gone!
When you purchase a guest ticket you must fill out the information required before you can finalise your payment. The information will be held on file for 31 days after the event.
The information you provide at point of purchase must be correct and will be checked on the door alongside the ID that your guest brings with them. If the ID does not match then entry will be refused.
All guest tickets will only be on sale until 24 hours before the event, so if the event is a Friday they will come off sale at 8pm on Thursday.
The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry at any point for any reason deemed applicable by doorstaff or venues managers.
