DOOR ENTRY:
When Loco’s or The Venue is trading (7 days a week during term time) the front door, from 7pm, is the Hamilton Centre main doors, where you walk in and out of the main atrium, next to Subway.
Doors strictly close at 12am on Venue club nights and 1am on Mega club nights.
You will need your physical student ID card to enter the building once security is in place. Without physical student and government ID you will not gain access to either venue. You must also be Over-18, if you are not you will be refused entry and any tickets you may have purchased will become void and not suitable for a refund.
Ticket Sales:
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or moved to another date. All refunds will be at the ticket value of the booking and will not include any booking fees.
Tickets are only available to people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 your ticket(s) will not be vaild and you will not be granted entry to the event.
'Advance' tickets come off sale the day of each event at 8pm.
'Last Chance' tickets go on sale on the day of each event from 8pm till 12am if it is a regular Venue Night and 8pm till 1am if it is a Mega Night.
All tickets are now purchasable online and can no longer be brought at the door.
Photography:
By entering our venues (Loco's & The Venue) you are consenting to appear in photographs published by LickList and used by us in marketing materials.
If you do not wish to appear in these please make this known to the photographer and they will not include you in the photography. You may still appear in the background of photos of other people. To request that your photo is removed from our library please contact LickList directly, or if it appears in any of our marketing materials please contact us and we will remove it.
Student Tickets:
As a student aged 18 or over you can purchase tickets from the Union website.
When you purchase a ticket you will recieve your ticket via email which will be in the form of a scannable ticket, you can also download your ticket and add it to your wallet on your smartphone. You must bring your physical Student ID card and physical Government ID card with you to redeem your ticket and gain entry.
If the event is free, you will still need your physical student ID card. It is suggested that you always carry your government or national ID with you too. For free events must also be Over-18, if you are not you will be refused entry.
Guest Tickets:
There will be a limited number of guest tickets available for events (subject to availability per event, each event page will inform you if guests are allowed). These will go on sale at the same time as the student tickets. Guests now purchase their own ticket, there is a one-person per ticket rule, therefore please do not buy a ticket for your guest as you will be unable to purchase your own. Each guest must be accompanied by a student, it is one guest per one University of Brunel Student. Guests must also bring physical Government ID with them to redeem their ticket and gain entry.
