The vision of the conference is to empower and inspire a new generation of women to become leaders in society, especially in light of recent studies showing that women don’t apply for jobs unless they are 100% qualified or over qualified, whereas men are confident if they just meet 60% of the criteria.
As part of this enriching day we have lined up a range of panels and workshops, ran by external trainers, business people and University professionals and alumni. This will be accompanied by a delicious lunch, tea break and a complimentary goodie bag!
