Petting Zoo #mindfulnessmonth
Smart people will tell you that hanging out with Animals and asking about their day is rather fun and increases the stress-reducing hormone oxytocin. (Note: Unless you're scared of Animals, then you might want to avoid).
So come along to our Annual Petting Zoo as part of Mindfulness Month! We've got Dogs, Ducks, Chickens, Rabbits, Goats, Sheep and one Donkey and one Minature Pony.
Expect long queues because these Sheep are magnificent.
