Annual General Meeting
The General Meeting is an opportunity for students to hear direct from elected officers and ask questions about their work. You can also query how our finances are conducted and who we affiliate to in order to function.
General Meetings have the power to override the decisions of Student Assembly or the Officers, call a Referendum, and set out new Union policies. Every student should attend, participate and vote.
The AGM also has the right to give Honorary Union Membership. Honorary Life Membership is awarded by the Union to individuals in recognition of their outstanding contributions to enhancing the Brunel student experience.
