The Union of Brunel Students are collaborating with Campus to Campus, a mental health charity dedicated to supporting students through life's big transitions. We are working to make sure every student feels supported, no matter how they get to campus.
We are currently running a research project called "Belonging and Early Withdrawal." We know that almost half of all students now commute, but many feel they don't truly "belong" on campus. We want to listen to your experience to help us improve mental health and make sure every commuter feels at home.
The Deal
- What: A 45-min interactive online focus group.
- Who: Any first-year student who commutes.
- Why: To help us learn how to stop students from dropping out and improve your sense of "belonging."

- Wednesday 29th April 2026 at 3pm
- Where: Online. A link will be sent to you.
- The Reward: You’ll be entered into a draw for a £50 Amazon Voucher! (There's only 50 people so the chance is quite high)!
