Union of Brunel Students Elections

Dear students,

This is your official Notice of Election for the Union of Brunel Students Full-Time Officer elections.

Nominations will soon open for paid, full-time roles where you work in the Students’ Union, represent students, speak up on the issues that matter, and help improve life at Brunel for the year ahead.

You don’t need prior experience and there’s no typical candidate. We want students from all backgrounds and courses to consider getting involved.

Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be a full member at the time of the election. This means you can run if you are graduating this year, you can take a sabbatical year out from your studies, and in some cases complete the role as a placement year (subject to course approval).

The roles you can run for:

  • Education President
  • Welfare and Inclusion President
  • Student Activities President

Key dates:

  • Nominations open: Monday 2 February at 10am
  • Nominations close: 5pm on Friday 13 February

We strongly recommend submitting your nomination well in advance of the deadline, in case you experience any technical issues when submitting.
