Protests in Bangladesh

We are all deeply concerned by the violence and tragic loss of life that has been reported during recent protests in Bangladesh.

We extend our sympathies to our Bangladeshi students affected by the violence and we understand that some of you are struggling to get hold of your loved ones or even get basic information.

Some of our students have had success contacting Bangladesh through the Tesco International Calling app, which allows users to directly call any international number. Although this has worked for some, there is no gaurantee that this will work for everyone.

Both the Union and University are here to support any students that need it, please contact the Student Support and Welfare Team at studentsupport@brunel.ac.uk or by calling 01895 268268 (Option 2).
