Remembrance Day
Tuesday 11th November is Remembrance Day, where people across the UK will take time to commemorate those lost in/the end of World War I. A service will be held in commemoration right here on campus which is open to both staff and students.

Sexual Violence Training
Did you know there are three new modules that all students must complete?They are: Preventing Harassment and Sexual Harassment, Consent on Campus, and Active Bystander training and are ready to .
We all have a responsibility to prevent harassment and sexual misconduct, therefore you need to make sure you have an understanding of what. We hope these will help to empower our Brunel community.

A big shout-out to the Games and Warhammer Society for their consistent weekly sessions. The committee has been doing a great job ensuring everyone has a fun and engaging experience!
Looking to next week: from Mon 10th-Thu 14th, the Islamic Society has booked the concourse and will be organizing a Charity Bazaar!

Team Brunel came through with some intense wins this week, from a tight Table Tennis Men’s 1 9-8 win over Reading, to the Women's 2 Rugby Union team's thrashing of Surrey with a whopping 50-12 scoreline. The Rugby success continued, with Rugby Union Men’s 1 beating Cardiff Met 33-10, and Rugby League Men’s 1 with a 44-28 win against Brighton. Huge credit to Women’s Lacrosse this week for fielding a team last-minute, preventing a £500 cup walkover fine and improving their scoreline.
Despite next week being Reading Week, campus is buzzing with fixtures - come down and cheer on Team Brunel!
