Spectra HIV Support - Red Iris Project
Spectra have started a free, confidential, and non-judgemental peer support service for people living with HIV across the boroughs of Harrow, Hillingdon and Ealing - the Red Iris Project. Whether through professional referrals, self-referrals, or to refer family or friends, anyone living with HIV is welcome.
Delivered by trained Peer Support Workers with lived experience of HIV, the Red Iris Project offers:
- One-to-one and group peer support sessions
- Guidance on self-management, disclosure, relationships and wellbeing
- Links to local community and healthcare services
- Confidence-building and goal-setting support
Their aim is to create a safe, inclusive space where people can connect, share, and receive emotional and practical support from others who truly understand what they’re going through. Click the link below to register:
