Societies Winter Performances Wrap Up

Students at the Union of Brunel Students perform their Winter Performances in the Antonin Artaud building at Brunel University

William Defoe star of the 2002 Film "Spider-Man" once said that "Great theatre is about challenging how we think and encouraging us to fantasize about a world we aspire to.".

And with that, our groups here at the Union Of Brunel Students have just finished their week of performances in the Antonin Artuad performance space. On the Monday we had our Musical Theatre Society produce "RAG TIME" where they put on performances to raise money our six elected RAG Charities -

Then on Thursday, we had the Film Orchestra and Choir (FOCS) performing their Term One performance which saw a Solo from Saxaphonist, and Union Receptionist, Emma Pain!

And finally on Friday, the Brunel Dance Club performed their "Cabaret Christmas" which saw colloboration with our Brunel Marrow Society which works to match blood stem cells or bone marrow to people with blood cancer and blood disorders who desperately need lifesaving transplants.

If you'd like to join any of these groups to perform with them in 2017 you can find them in our list of Societies here or if there's not quite the right performance group there, you can always start your own by clicking here.
