Students at Brunel University London have the chance to learn and develop transferable skills while studying. The Ready Programme is designed to help you develop the skills that will assist you in your degree and with your future employment prospects. It aims to help you develop transferable skills that look attractive to employers such as:

  • Organisation and planning
  • Time management
  • Team-work and problem solving
  •  Commercial awareness

Students will work in teams.  Each team will be given a project to work on and at the end of the programme, the teams will present their proposals to an audience and a panel of judges. Each member of the winning team will win an iPad mini.

You’ll attend 12 sessions from 5-7pm on alternate Mondays over two terms.  The first session will be in week 3 - 6 October 2014. Additionally, we think you’ll spend an extra 12 hours per term working on your projects.

Places are limited so please register your interest by emailing: You can find out more about the Ready program here.
