Izzy’s years of sporting success during her time as a Brunel University student are made all the more impressive by the way that she has balanced her sport with completing a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology.

Winning the senior European championships and 4 BUCS gold medals in Taekwon-Do, along with winning three British Kick Boxing medals, all this year makes her a great candidate for the BUCS Sportsperson of the Year award and hopefully she will prevail.

Results will be announced at the BUCS Conference Awards Dinner on 6th & 7th July, which some of our Student Activities team will be attending to hopefully pick up the award. Regardless, to even be nominated shows what a great year Izzy has had, from everyone at Student Activities and Brunel Sport we give her a massive congratulations whatever the outcome!
