It is with deep regret to announce that Radya Hussein, our Vice President for Postgraduate Students, has resigned from her position here at the Union with immediate effect. Radya has served in the position since March 2018 but has also held many other roles within the organisation including senior Rep and  International students officer and has been an integral conduit between the union and the students in the London Brunel International College (LBIC) for her entire time here as a student.

Radya has been a central figure in the Student Success Project, the partnership project with the University to remove the Black Attainment Gap, and her passion and drive for equality of opportunity for all will be a lasting legacy for generations of students to come.

Radya will be continuing her studies as a Masters student here at Brunel and everyone at the Union wishes her every success in her studies through the remainder of this year and in her career beyond Brunel.

Post Graduate Students representation will be delivered in the meantime through the respective college Vice Presidents who’s contact details can be found on the home page of our website.
