This weeks' Win Wednesday is a manifesto promise from Dev, Vice President Student Activties. He promised to get a swifter response time to all club and society queries. The new response time is within 25 working hours, or three working days.
The Union's new service standard states: “Student Activities will aim to respond to emails within 3 working days, equivalent to 25 working hours. However please be aware that some projects and requests involve various stakeholders and departments, and so whilst we will acknowledge your email and start working on it, it may take longer for us to approve or grant your request.”.
This is a great win for students, as it means we are able to act on your needs as soon as we can. We are committed to our membership and it's important that you see our genuine pledge to make your time at Brunel the best it can be!
