We are Tamil Society, we aim to bring together those who have an interest in the ideas and traditions of Tamil culture and provide a ‘home away from home’ environment. We want to showcase our heritage and talents and bring a sense of togetherness that will be an enjoyable experience to all our members.
We will do this by:
- Organising interactive social, cultural and sports events that celebrate our skills and culture. This will allow members to actively engage and get involved with the society.
- Fundraising for charities and other worthy causes through charity events, raising awareness and educating about problems faced within the community.
- Providing opportunities for individuals to participate in inter-university competitions and collaborate with other universities and societies to integrate everyone within the community.
