Living Off Campus
External Lettings
If you’re renting off campus, you would have signed a rental agreement. If your housemate is violating the rental agreement by damaging the house or not paying rent, talk to the estate agent or the landlord. If you feel in danger, please contact the emergency services (999)
Brunel Student Letting
If you’re renting off campus via the Brunel Student Letting, you would have signed a rental agreement. If your housemate is violating the rental agreement by damaging the house or not paying rent, please contact either your dedicated Property Officer or the Student Letting customer service team. The property officer is charged with managing the property and will be helping you throughout your team. The customer service team will help you manage any maintenance or domestic issues. If you feel in dangers, please contact Brunel’s Community Policing and Security Team - 01895 255786 or the emergency services (999).

Student Experience Team
The University Student Experience Team are the first point of contact for all Student Living Enquiries. Located in Bishops Halls (Bishop Complex), the Student Experience team can help support you with general concerns and welfare issues. ResLife Ambassadors (RAs)
ResLife ambassadors are a group of 25 returning students hired by the university to support you during your time living in halls. ResLife Ambassadors can help with emotional issues, academic worries and disagreements among flatmates. RAs are assigned to each first-year hall and are on hand 2 nights a week. RAs are based in the Student Living Officer (Bishop Hall) and Faraday Common Room Monday-Friday from 5pm-10pm.
