The Rep Hub is your central space for everything representation at Brunel. Reps gather feedback, raise issues, celebrate successes, and work with staff to improve the academic experience across Brunel. Here, you’ll find the tools you need to succeed in your role. Whether you’re a Brunel Pathway College rep, PGR rep or Senior Rep, this is your home for resources, updates, and support.
Your Rep Journey
Step 1: Connect
Meet the students you represent, introduce yourself, and start gathering insights into their learning experience.
Step 2: Collect Feedback
Use our feedback forms, templates, and guidance to collect meaningful, actionable feedback from your cohort.
Step 3: Create Change
Raise student issues at meetings, work with staff, and track progress. The Rep Hub helps you follow every step of the change-making process.
Rep Action Log
As part of your role you need to keep the Union and University up to date with the progress you have made in your role, wins you have accomplished and issues you have dealt with on behalf of your course peers. You can do so by completing this form. We expect that all academic representatives fill out this form at the end of every 2 weeks.
The log should include:
- Feedback gathered: comments, concerns, successes from students.
- Actions taken: meetings attended, staff contacted, steps initiated.
- Status updates: open, in progress, resolved, or needs escalation.
- Evidence and impact: data, quotes, or changes made as a result.
