Appointing a Proxy

If you’re unable to attend the General Meeting you can appoint another student to attend and vote on your behalf. This is known as a proxy vote. Your proxy must attend the meeting in person for your vote to be counted.

Deadline: 3pm on 26th May 2026
Proxy requests submitted after this time will not be accepted.

What you need to do:

• Complete the form: General Meeting Proxy Vote
• Provide your name and address
• Name the student you are appointing as your proxy
• (Optional) Specify how you would like them to vote
• Sign the form

Please note: Each attendee can hold a maximum of 10 proxy votes.
