"Hope,Growth and Change"
I am a second-year undergraduate student in Business Computing. I believe that the current state of climate change in our modern world is a really significant issue. To assure a better future and keep this earth livable for future generations, we must take action right away. There are about 17,000 students and academic personnel on the Brunel campus. If we cooperate, we can do far more about the environment than we can conceive. Even though Brunel is a green campus, I think there are still certain things we might do better.
On the other hand, I think it's essential to give every student a secure environment where they may speak their minds.
I want to utilise my position to promote and implement laws that will improve the campus community in which we work and live, which will also benefit students.
Now that I am elected, I will advance various objectives and projects that would assist Brunel to become a more ethical and ecologically conscious company. I would put a lot of effort into ensuring that:
Environment & Sustainability:
- Remind Brunel's governing body to use environment-friendly cleaning products across the board.
- Throughout the year, use paper as little as possible.
- Encourage the university, local businesses, and cafes to use less plastic and more environmentally friendly goods.
Ethics:
- Influence to affect good change on campus and in the neighbourhood.
- Develop creative ways to educate the Membership about environmental and ethical issues through campaigns.
- Create a location where students may voice their worries, recommendations, and ideas.
