Returning Student Activities President
Guess who's back... back again. 👀
Hi, I'm Nafee Khan, and I'm returning as your Student Activities President! Last year I
promised action, and together we delivered from launching the Brunel Cup and
bringing E-Sports to Varsity, to creating the Gaming Corner in Locos, improving
sports timetabling, and pushing for better food on campus. Now it's time to build on
that momentum and make campus life even better.
Goals for This Year
- 🏆 Expand the Brunel Cup with new competitions and more students than ever
before.
- 🎮 Develop a dedicated Gaming Arena and create more student social spaces
across campus.
- 🏀 Deliver better sports facilities, freeze sports membership prices, and improve
access to inclusive and disability sport.
- 🥐 Bring Greggs to Campus—because it can't be Subway every day!
- 🏏 Push for a new outdoor basketball court, dedicated cricket space, and a
stronger University sports strategy shaped by students.
- 👀 And... I've got a few more exciting ideas cooking. Stay tuned!
Favourite Thing About Brunel
The people. Brunel brings together students from all over the world, creating a
diverse, welcoming community where you can always find your place.
What I'm Looking Forward To
Continuing to deliver real change not just ideas. I'm excited to work with students to
grow the Brunel Cup, improve campus spaces, strengthen student representation, and
make Brunel an even better place to study, socialise, and belong.
Fun Fact
My hobbies are surprisingly expensive: travelling, karting, collecting retro gaming
consoles... and cooking to recover financially.
