BUCS/LUSL Leagues and Knockouts
Step 1: Team Entry Timeline

In April, club committees (both current and new) get an email asking how many teams they want to enter

The deadline to enter is in May

All teams are automatically entered into BUCS Knockout competitions

If you want to enter more teams than first planned, speak to the Sports Development Coordinator

Step 4: Withdrawing a Team

Step 1: Find the Event
Go to the BUCS events page to choose your event
Step 2: For Individual Events

Email the Sports Development Coordinator to say how many teams you want to enter

The Sports Development Coordinator will enter the teams on BUCS Play

Each player must apply to join the team on the BUCS Play app – see the guide here
Step 4: Budget and Membership Rules
External (Non bucs) Leagues and Tournaments
Step 1: Email the Sports Development Coordinator

Your entry must be within your club’s budget for the year
Step 3: Facility Space
We will then check that we have access to the facilities to accomodate the entry and if so, we will go ahead and make the entry on your behalf.
