How to use our admin panel to check memberships, email members and update our webpage?

Go to brunelstudents.com and sign in using your student details.
Navigate to your club or society:
- Hover over Activities → click Team Brunel or Societies
- Click Join a Club or Join a Society
- Find and click on your club/society
Click on the pencil icon (desktop) or cog icon (mobile)
Select Club/Society Admin Tools

Checking Memberships
- Go to the View Members tab
- You’ll see a list of everyone who currently holds a membership
Emailing Members
- Click on the Messages tab
- Select Send Email
- To add recipients:
  - Click Add Recipients
  - To email everyone, select All Members, scroll to the bottom, and click Add Recipients
- Write and send your email
Updating the Club/Society Page
- Click on Edit Details Page
- Fill in the relevant fields with updated information, including:
  - Committee member names and roles
  - Description of what your club/society does
  - Social media links
  - Contact information
  - Training or meeting times
